He designed and built the H.W. Hellman Building, the Hamburger Department Store, the Second Church of Christ Scientist and the Eugene W. Britt House. Rosenheim also designed many palatial homes for the cities wealthy, including a home for Edward L. Doheny in Beverly Hills, the Reeves residence in West Adams, and the Judson C.
